   At the six fields nene park kfc, where we stopped for a meal on our journey. You have to wait for a long period of time supposing they look under staffed. Can do better!!

   Watching a worker shout at customers in the car park is embarrassing the people in side look to be eating their food and she was going off. So embarrassing the worker (she) should be ashamed.

   Waited 10 minutes, chicken bbq wraps were an abortion, as soon as I opened the wrap it fell out everywhere, 2 bits of chicken and chewy to the point it seemed like it was left there all day.. Lady behind counter pleasant but food absolutely dire

   We went in on a Tuesday evening a group of 9..... 5 adults 4 children. The restaurant was very quiet inside.... our food was ready very quickly and to a good standard.... a lot better than our local kfc ( Kettering) and the staff could not have been more friendlier or more helpful..... they even joined in singing happy birthday to one of the young children in our group... thanks everyone

   Fast service and food was good. Only marked down slightly on atmosphere as window was slammed at the drive through and lady seemed to be a bit abrupt.

   Let's be honest you don't expect much from a KFC. You know what you are getting, but nobody wants to see the kitchen and service staff outside by the entrance smoking cigarettes... food hygiene aside it's just not nice to see in any business :(

   Really hit and miss. On our last visit we stopped in on the way to the airport so ate in for a change. We order at the counter as some of the touch screens didn't work, was quiet people wise but very noisy, lots of shouting and banging, and delivery drivers milling around. Food was hot, no issues, we got everything we ordered.

   Terrible. Absolutely don't care about customers at all if they eat in. It's like they love the drive through, adore the just eat, Uber and deliveroo but actual customers making the effort to come in they seem totally disinterested. The order screens will allow for an order but then won't accept any payment. It's been this way for weeks. Staff are aware, I know they are as I told them but they treat customers with contempt and stand by watching as one customer after another wastes their time. It doesn't even bother them when customers walk out. They care even less for disabled customers. Disabled bays are often used by those delivery drivers. Even if the screen ordering works they remove all the numbers so they don't have to bring food to the table. Even if asked they refuse to bring it over. Terrible place
