   Very poor service and no response when called. No response for delivery after 2 hours. False promise about delivery that it's on way but no one turned up even after an hour of last query. Non reliable service and should not be considered for ordering food. Food quality is also below average.

   Food took 30mins longer to be delivered than the time stated. Ordered buttered chicken but received a Korma with ‘buttered chicken’ on the lid. Keema naan had no flavour, and was cold. Tikka masala was very grainy. No mention of coconut in the description. Was not worth the wait- Would not use again.

   Ordered from Uber. They don't usually travel this far, which was a mistake on Uber's part, they delivered though. Absolutely great service. Food is delicious and hot. Just missing the chutneys and salads that you would usually get included. Other than that. Can't complain

   Over an hour and a half until the curry came 200 yards down the road. Ordered as estimated 20-30 mins, after an hour getting annoyed... Got a refund. Never again. Also see they only have 2* hygiene so glad I never ate it.

   Used to use spice cube most weekends, they were our 100% go too! Haven’t ordered from them for a year or so, and I don’t think I’ll bother again. Raw naan bread, food all slopped around in the bottom of the bag. Half the jalfrezi leaked out and gone onto the poppadoms so they were soggy. So so disappointed!

   Have ordered from spice cube for years but a delivery which said 45mins - 60mins and am now at 1 hour 35mins without delivery is quite poor. Wont be ordering anymore im afraid.

   Absolutely shocking service, waited 1.5 hrs for our food to find one meal missing. Called the restaurant to be told that there was nothing they could do, then to be told in half an hour the meal would be out to us. 40 minutes passed still no replacement, called back and told we had to wait till tomorrow, after a while I was told my food would come in 20 minutes. An hour later I still have no food. No intention of replacing my lost meal or offering a refund. Disgusting service and bad attitude. Will never use them again

   Worst take away curryive had in years. Cold when it arrived an hour after ordering, the madras beared no resemblance to any madras ive ever had before, tasted like chicken in gravy. Got the kebab starter, 4 pieces of unknown meat that where like chewy rubber and some raw onion, and a portion of undercooked chips. Dog enjoyed it. Very paw.

   Excellent food and service. Been using Spice Cube for a while now. Great website that is easy to use. You can see you old orders and re-order saves lots of time. Always a discount on A Friday. We often order earlier and request a specific delivery time this normal arrives within a minute of the selected time and is always hot.
