I would have loved to tell you about my experience at McDonald's, but there was none really. The staff are doing their job, bu that's it, there's no interaction at all, they have designed their places to have as less interaction as possible. As much as I used to love it in the past, the prices have skyrocketed, for some food that feels meh.
Fast service, very clean and lots of available tables. As soon as people left, the tables were cleaned immediately. I was even approached to ask how my meal was! Amazing! Stopped here for some breakfast and a little break. Could not have asked for anything more.
We stopped off for a quick bite to eat and after our order came out we had a quick glance in the bag and noticed there were no nuggets in the bag so we asked them where they were and showed receipt to which the man went and got our nuggets only to get back to our vehicle when we then noticed my chicken sandwich wasn’t what I thought but a burger instead which looked like something that had been sat there for hours and it was dry as hell and my partners wrap was missing the sauce……. Absolutely disgraceful and it’s not the first time this has happened there but it won’t get me again so please check ur orders BEFORE leaving the counter
Paid / ordered at the till, had double sausage and egg muffin meal with no butter. I got my food long before all those waiting who had ordered at the machines before me. Quick polite and friendly service. Only negative, the hash browns were very, very greasy
Fantastic experience with Yolanda who made our son very happy, offering him balloons, crayons and a flag while we were waiting for our breakfast. I ordered through the app but forgot to update my new card details so had to go to the counter. Staff were very friendly and sorted it. Food was made fresh.
Made an account to just say how bad it was. Waited ages, flat coke, bacon double had no bacon? Wrong size portion for chips? Chip lady just standing shuffling chips? Couldn’t even be asked to ask for sauces cause it took 30 mins for our order
My food was fine, but another customer bought back a drink that was wrong, the guy pulling drinks just simply put it back to be served to someone else. The guy returning the drink could have done anything to it!!!! Surely anything that’s been over the counter should be thrown away.
Brilliant customer service. Less waiting time.
Great service and staff and in a very good place when traveling up north on the M1
