   Tried the karahi chicken curry,it was okay, but the chicken was quite rubbery and chewy. When I asked the waiter, he mentioned that the chicken used in the curry was pre-cooked, which explained the texture. The biryani tasted more like fried rice, though it was still nice. The tandoori chicken was a bit bland and lacked flavour. Overall, an average experience — decent, but there’s room for improvement.

   If in the area of Cranfield and visiting, then the food here is good, pleasant staff. In the week it's quiet. I enjoyed it and could recommend. Buffet option as well which is good value for money.

   Ordered a vindaloo tasted nice but could of been hotter. Rice was great. Samosas very nice along with the onion bhaji would of got a 5 star review had they not delivered me the worst pakora I have ever seen. It has gone straight in the bin. Please do not let your restaurant down by serving up something like this. As everything else was nice.

   Nice little local Indian restaurant and takeaway, run by a friendly team, the Bombay potato are worth the the wait. Never eaten in but they do also have a small number of tables

   Awful food. VERY hard naan and flavourless curries. Staff member Saaj was VERY rude, never met anyone so rude. Curry was full of water. No willing to help what so ever. Kept samples and sent too trading standards.

   Since moving quite nearby and discovering Cranfield Spice, I take all my friends there for amazing food and also the family and I love the food so we often get takeaways as well. We are working our way through the menu but the Achari Hollumi cheese starter, Jinga Lajwaab special and the biriyanis are incredible. The breads are always also just baked and so good if you don't fancy rice. Worth the commute! The staff are always friendly and polite and they don't hover around which we have found at other places. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a great curry and generous portions :)

   Incredibly delicious and well priced food. Some of the best Indian I have ever had. Lovely customer service too, great place in general. Shame it was completely empty when we were visiting, definitely deserves more customers

   We have ordered before in the past from here and we liked the food! Credit where it is due. It was late but I am far too lazy to write a review out unless my experience was fantastic or awful. My experience the second time I ordered was the worst customer service ever. I mean, I am writing a review, so that's a giveaway. I am a foster carer and at the moment I have a sibling group of 4 gorgeous children who love Indian food. They spent the afternoon reading the menu and choosing their food. We were going to have a little party! I ordered in the afternoon and understood they were not open yet. When they did open I checked the website (I don’t have the app) and it said it would be an hour. No problem. After an hour and a half and no usual text to say its left the restaurant and a LOT of nagging by 6 hungry children (4 foster and 2 birth) I called to check they had remembered us which is what most would have done. When I called the man was foul. He said ‘It was just leaving and it would be faster if I wasn’t wasting his time by calling’. He also said ‘you managed to order ok on the app so check the app and you will see that I said it was going to be late’ The children grabbed the phone and said ‘we’re hungry!’ They thought it was a fun game but I realized this guy was not child friendly and so I hung up and said ‘Lets not bother the nice man, he said it was just leaving’ to them. After another 30 minutes and me telling them ‘It won’t be long now I am sure!’ I checked to the website. I could not believe it. The order had been cancelled. I rang him. I said ‘you’ve cancelled the order? You said it was about to leave! ‘ He said ‘we have enough customers already so I cancelled it’. Yes I was mad. And I told him I was. The children had been so excited, they have been let down by adults their whole life and here was another one. I told the man this. He could not have cared less. Lovely. It was already way past their bedtime so there was no time to order elsewhere. So, in summary, if you want nice food and want to gamble with there being no problems then this is the place. If you care about good customer service if there are any issues, avoid like the plaque.

   Had a takeaway for first time tonight from Cranfield Spice, really enjoyed it, I will be back again. Would have given 5 stars, only chicken was a bit tough. Nan bread best one I’ve had from takeaway.
