Recently moved to the area and was recommended this place a tonne. It was my first ever time in an Indian restaurant and what an experience it was. The food was impeccable and the staff we're the most friendly and welcoming I've come across. I will absolutely be coming back time and time again

Outstanding curry, still has a traditional curry house feel which I like, and the food was so good. Prompt and friendly service. Will definitely be back soon.

Found the overall evening a bit hardwork if I'm honest, it was very loud and not very intimate. We went as a family of four and could hardly hear each other talking across the small table. The staff seemed distracted and not as friendly as we had been used to in the past. However the food was lovely

Excellent restaurant on Woburn Sands main street. The service from the start was attentive and helpful. The food was fresh and very tasty and all the dishes looked and tasted much better than so many local curry restaurants.

This was always my go to Restaurant when Abdul owned it and he ran a tight ship with Staff and the food was good, sadly it’s now passed to a nephew and the slide has evidently begun . The chicken in particular which previously was beyond reproach in its tenderness is now often so tough as to be inedible in fact KFC provide better . Staff with one or two exceptions are often hopeless and pricing seems to have gone through the roof . It genuinely saddens me to leave this review because the nephew is clearly a nice chap . Sadly he needs to learn some lessons about quality of supply and setting the same standards his uncle did .

Quite simply the best Indian restaurant in the area. Food always amazing. Staff friendly and polite. Always quick regardless of how busy they are. Boss man Sam is a true gent.

Best Indian restaurant ever. No doubt. We had a take away for New Year’s Eve and had 0 faults. We chose here after seeing their awards. Everything was so full of flavour, great portions and good quality. We’re looking forward to coming back and eating in the restaurant, looked lovely. If you like spicy we’d recommend the Naga, and for more mild the passanda was amazing. The peshwari naan bread was perfect, I’ve been wanting one just like that for years but everything nowadays seems to be thin and plain. Thank you to the lovely friendly staff too!

Had a very nice meal here. Food is tasty and the menu had a good mix of common and exotic options. Service was excellent, prompt and friendly. Only downside was that nothing was close to as spicy as we expected - we found the same at a different Indian in Milton Keynes so it may be a regional thing? So, good enough that we'd go back, but we'll be filtering to just the 3-chilli dishes.
