One of the worst places we have ever been for bottomless brunch. Nobody had greeted us when we walked in the staff were just lingering around the bar and it was only when we had told them why we were there we were told where I table was etc. like we just knew where our table was and we should just sort ourselves out? The food was a 3/10 at best. Our booking was from 2-4pm as stated on their website. To be told we had 90mins and their timer starts when we get our first drinks, whatever, fine. Drinks orders came fast for the first 35 mins then our food came out which could probably feed a small rabbit let alone a human. Whoever the blonde woman is who walks around aimlessly with a note pad in her hand with the aim of looking busy needs specific training in how she approaches the public. She rolled her eyes when my friend asked for the bill for the THIRD time once our table had finished at half past 3. We didn’t get out of the place until 4:50pm. An hour and 20 mins we waited for the bill. In this time we had asked for 4 Malibu and lemonades as we were just sat there doing nothing. Only three were brought over, after telling the waiter we ordered 4 no one ever came over again with the missing drink. Once we finally got the bill from the rude blonde staff member I asked for a break down of the bill. I was met with the blankest stare as if I was asking for her kidney. She had to go and get a manager for this? Not sure why. I voiced to the manager that I’d like a break down of the bill to make sure we weren’t being charged for the missing drink. Not hard is it? To be fair - he was helpful and corrected the bill and came over with the card machine. Over all I wouldn’t bother with this place again - shocking from the get go.

This was my 2nd visit to blame frida and have loved it on both occasions. The nut roast & veggie burger are definitely worth trying. Fresh ingredients, well cooked and a lovely atmosphere. Will be returning to try more from a great menu x

This place is under new management and has a new chef. The place is lovely, comfortable and clean, and the Sunday dinner (nut roast) was absolutely delicious! Definitely will be returning on a regular basis. Well done to the team for turning this place around.

Had a delicious Sunday dinner at Blame Frida. I had the beef and it came with all the trimmings. Also added the cauliflower cheese which was also delicious. My wife had the nut roast which she said was really good. Just a few notes. Make sure you book as it was pretty busy after 1. Also the menu online isn’t current. The main options are the same but you can’t choose your sides. Not a big issue for us as what we got was what we would have chosen anyway! Highly recommended for a Sunday dinner!

The experience was fantastic… I had the Water Melon Sugar and Candy Crush cocktail which were both great! The customer service from Nicole was exceptionally good, she was well accommodating and polite. Grace was also a great hoist. Thank you girls for making the experience memorable! Would highly recommend xx

Absolutely fab evening. Given a table straight away and then excellent service from both Elly and Grace. nothing was too much trouble, and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend a visit. Need to go back and try the other dishes on the menu, both food and cocktail.
