Wonderful fresh food, the owner was in and was very kind. I’m from Houston and this places compares to places on Hillcroft.

We’re here from Texas, and this is the type of delicious, fresh food that makes it worth the trip. Lovely little restaurant with a friendly vibe. Super friendly and helpful staff. The food… Wow! We had the onion bhajis - freshly cooked and spiced beautifully. I had the juicy momo from the lunch menu. Freshly cooked chicken dumplings in a delicious tangy sauce. My son had chicken katsu… again, delicious and fresh. Very reasonably priced. Wish we could visit often! Highly recommend.

Excellent. Flavourful food, superb value and true Nepalese hospitality. We attended Saturday Oct 25 as a couple during the lunch service. The restaurant appears small but has seating in the back too. Immediately greeted in a warm and friendly manner. Suggestions offered and menu items described. Nepalese food is influenced by India, Tibet, and indo-China. It has some very unique flavours which are full of variety. The lunch Menu is reduced but so are the prices. You get medium portions and it's enough to share between two. The variety caters for everyone. We had six dishes in all. - Mixed fried rice, not pictured but enough to share between 2 or 4 depending. Really flavourful, edible without sauce. - Sekuwa Skewers, not pictured, taking inspiration from the indian side. - Shabhaley meat filled pies, a samosa like pastry, really nice Tibetan style dish. You get two and a sauce. - Jhol Memo Dumplings, Oriental Nepalese steamed dumplings in a very light tomato based cream sauce. - Manchurian, we chose the veg option, a indo-chinese dish that was divine and mouthwatering. - Chatpate, this is the most unique dish. It's rice puffs, spices and veg. I'd describe it as a mix of fried rice puffs, bombay mix and indian pickel tray onion salad. We used it as a rice equivalent and it's very original. Worth a go. Food came out quick, was well portioned and service was polite and inquisitive but not excessive. Staff were intrigued to share a bit about Nepal and a bit about local communities. We had 4 soft drinks, six dishes and it came to £50. You wouldn't need six normally, we just wanted to explore a new cuisine. We really enjoyed it and will be back. The only thing we'd recommend is the restraunt needs to advertise more as it's slightly off the main stretch.

Gorgeous little restaurant, a real gem! The food was so delicious, really unusual with depth of flavour and quality ingredients. I had the pork momo and a chicken curry with mushroom rice. Gurkha beer was great too! Lovely staff and service.

The best curry in Stafford! If you are looking for amazing food and friendly staff, this is definitely the best restaurant in Stafford! We tried Lamb xacuti curry, Ropa ko Hans (chef special), and cheese and garlic naan.

Food was delicious. It has the familiarity of s curry whilst being something different. Momos were amazing. Just be warned they take 30 minutes from order. Went for the thali type dish which had 4 different small bowls and it was a lovely introduction. The other dish is Sahi chicken which was more like something you get from an Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant and has similarities to a tikka masala. Would highly recommend

Nice friendly atmosphere, lovely food. Went for traditional Nepalese, and a highway curry. If you like it with a kick, go for a hot level of spice. Medium didn't leave a tingle, but went with caution. Gurka beer is two beers in one bottle. Looks pricey on the menu, but in real terms it's a good price. Small amount of tables. So ring before hand to book or ask about availability, to avoid being turned away. Will visit again.

One of the most delicious and memorable meals I've had in the UK. Absolutely outstanding. Perfectly flavored, wonderful textures, fresh and light. On top of that the staff were lovely. Despite being super busy and stressed, they kept a warm and inviting atmosphere and put a smile on our faces throughout the entire meal. I will definitely be back for more! :)
