Fantastic food!...service was spot on! The Lamb curry was amazing...I wasn't a fan of lamb curry but it was just absolutely fantastic! beautiful spiced aromas. Fully recommended....don't let the outside appearance stop you from enjoying some of the best Indian flavours in and around Sawtry. The koi carp in the indoor pools were relaxing to watch...didn't wait for a single dish once the buffet had started. All brought to the table! Loved it! Many thanks! The best pilau rice I've had anywhere in the UK.

Royal Spice Land offers a good buffet experience with a wide selection of dishes. The Chettinadu mutton and lamb biryani were delicious, though the dessert and fried rice were disappointing. Service was friendly and efficient, and prices were reasonable. However, the restroom cleanliness needs improvement to match the overall dining experience.

We had a lovely meal at The Royal Spiceland in Sawtry. All the food was hot, well-cooked, and full of authentic Indian flavours. There was an impressive variety to choose from, and everything was covered with lids to keep it fresh, hot, and hygienic—no chance of anything going cold or attracting flies, which we really appreciated. The selection was generous, and the hot dishes in particular were absolutely delicious. The only small improvements we’d suggest would be the addition of warm plates to keep the food hot while dining, and perhaps a few more dessert options. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal with excellent quality and variety. We’ll definitely be returning!

I highly recommend this Indian and Asian restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was delighted with the variety of dishes available and the quality of the food was excellent. I would definitely come back and recommend it to family and friends.

We had the early diner buffet on a Saturday, 5 until 6:30pm, £15.50 per head, bring your own booze. It may not be the most salubrious of venue's, but it is perfectly clean and in order. The staff super friendly and helpful, though one of the waiters was new and a little uninitiated, but very willing all the same. The food was amazingly good, excellent variety of dishes, including "English" options if you have some in your party that have a more plain pallette. It's all very tasty, cooked very well and kept hot throughout. No complaints there in the slightest. We think we may have been charged the post 18:30 rate, but it was still less than £20.00 a head including the tip, so didn't feel inclined to argue over a few pounds. Great food, excellent value, brilliant staff, will go next time we are in the area.

Went with gluten allergy, manager came out discussed ingredients in Buffett and what was suitable. Some items were gluten free as made with gram flour, but were fried in oil shared with onion rings etc so we’re not suitable due to cross contamination. The manager freshly made some items and fried them in fresh oil without being asked which made our day. Food was awesome, haven’t been in about 4 years, but was as good as I remember it. Highly reccomend.
