   Really enjoy the food from this Chinese, the mixed salt and pepper box (can’t remember the name) is good value for money and always very nice. Had a poor experience ordering online and receiving the wrong order the staff didn’t believe me and wouldn’t send me what I did order, I ended up having to go in to show them and get it sorted, this was pretty inconvenient and a bit of a shame as the service really wasn’t great but can’t knock the food considering the price

   Absolutely terrible service. Placed order and was told 35 mins for delivery. Over 1 hour 40 minutes later still no food. I called restaurant and couldn’t get through. Eventually they answered and was told order will be 10 minutes before I even spoke. Waited another 15 minutes. No food. Called back again, was told food is on its way but couldn’t give me a time. No option to cancel order or request a refund. Asked him to refund me, he put the phone down. Terrible. I will never ever use them again.

   Insanely priced for what you get, not worth it at all. We ended up spending over £70 for 4 people and the food was below mediocre, no flavour at all and everything had the same sauce on it regardless of what you picked. all the meat was dry and tasted like it has been sitting for ages. Norwich has high-end restaurants that wouldn't charge this much per person

   Just moved to the area and looking for a new Chinese takeaway. This had a highest rating on Deliveroo but low on google. No need at all. The delivery was very fast, the driver came to directly to my door in a second floor flat. The food itself was delicious. Freshly cooked and lovely quality. Great quality meat in both the chicken balls and the special house rice. Really recommend and will be ordering again.

   Lid wasn't closed properly on chop suey so all juice poured out. Had to empty each item individually and wipe over as sticky. Such a shame as some of the food was lovely. Might be nice if the ribs had meat on them.

   Cold, expensive, beef with mushrooms would be ideal for a vegetarian as I couldn’t find any meat in it. I can’t believe how overpriced this was. To be honest if they keep serving up rubbish like this people will go elsewhere or avoid takeaways altogether. Not impressed. Avoid.

   Really not impressed!!! I made Lotus House aware of my allergy, they even called me to confirm my allergy yet i find prawn in my chicken chow mein, something that should not even contain prawn in the first place! I am incredibly lucky to of caught it soon as it hit my plate as I would be in A&E right now if i didn't! I've not been able to eat any of what we ordered because how can I trust it wasn't also cooked with prawn. This is not ok and a very serious food health and safety concern. A report to Norwich City Council has been submitted. I can't say I'll ever be ordering from here again as I simply cannot take the risk.

   Amazing food, portions are plentiful. Delivered very fast and piping hot. Friendly staff on the phone and lovely delivery guy. Cannot fault a thing. Excellent!
