The food was hot and so tasty. I only order from this takeaway as they always deliver early. Great customer service.. Highly recommend and very good on price.
Ordered food in shop took ages to cook when home found rice dishes oily and overdone, chow mein was burnt . But best of all, charged 50 pence extra to pay by card. DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO GET FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN.......
Tried once and won't make that mistake again. The portions were tiny, the food had more juice and sauce than anything else in it, some ingredients tasted funny (and my runs later suggest there was a reason for it), and it was overall not good at all. Rice was a juicy mess with disgusting fatty pieces of pork in it, made my stomach turn, and shredded beef was barely visible in the container, a child's portion for a full price. Very disappointing.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I don’t normally leave reviews but this has to be done. The food was disgusting. It had such a strong dirty aftertaste that tasted like a mixture of bad oil and salt. We had a couple of mouthfuls and had to bin the rest. Worst Chinese we’ve ever had. Such a disappointment. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
I am sorry to say that my takeaway was extremely disappointing. The food arrived 20 minutes later than stated and was barely above warm in temperature. The Thai Red Curry had no spice in it and resembled little to what it should have tasted like. The spring roll was soggy with minimal filling. I feel I have wasted my money and time using this establishment and will not be using it again
Well where do I start! I ordered some food and it all had a very bad oil after taste so I rang the restaurant to say the food wasn’t good ‘well what do you want?’ When I said a refund she was so incredibly rude to me telling me the oil is fresh over and over again. Great well my food taste like oil so I cannot eat it. She muttered something under her breath and then hung up on me. Completely and utterly rude. If you’re sick of people asking for refunds maybe you should listen and realise there’s something wrong with the food. DON’T order from here because you’ll just be bitterly disappointed.
Ordered a duck chow mein. Only got about 3 little slices of duck and I had loads of onions which were raw! The noodles were plain and tasteless. Had to add the bbq sauce from my ribs which were also plain and tasteless. Not coming here again, everything went in the bin.
