I returned the shoes as they were absolutely rubbish quality, they sent another pair, equally as rubbish, so I sent back for a refund, but they insisted to keep the £6 postage as they claim it was because 'they were not up to your satisfaction' (rather than the shoes being rubbish). So I will leave it to you, the people looking at the reviews, is this what you expect for a £150 pair of shoes? see photos.
Fantastic customer service. The team has put up with my nagging for several months. I’ve been eagerly awaiting the re arrival of their brown shop coat. It was well worth the wait. The quality is beautiful and it’s made in England too! 100% cotton also. The team was quick to respond when I ordered the wrong size and quickly changed my order before it was shipped out. I recently ordered a number of white tie accessories from their website and I must say the quality is astounding. The material feels very sturdy yet is pleasant to wear and the items all follow the traditional white tie dress code very closely (single cuffed shirt with adequate holes for dress studs: that sort of thing). Though Darcy Clothing isn't cheap, their level of craftsmanship is indeed very high. -Greetings

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers from Darcy online after visiting their Lewes shop which is gorgeous. I'm a small size and was thrilled to find that they make a size 26in waist in the trousers.
