   I spent waaaaaaaaaay too much time here and honestly should've annoyed the staff there (Sophie and Olivia) but they were fantastic. Patient, and communicative. I came in not knowing how to convey what I wanted but they figured it out with trial & error. Exactly the kind of customer service you want. Great people, and will be coming back for more shopping because of them!

   I spent three hours in Moss Bros Brighton, not just because of the impressive range of quality items this season, but because of the exceptional service from Chai. He offered thoughtful suggestions, sharp pairing combinations, and professional advice, all with a genuine smile and an easygoing friendliness that made it feel like shopping with an old friend. Our own personal styles matched pretty closely, which made his suggestions even more valuable, but I suspect his knowledge of his craft would be suited to anyone with other tastes, too! Service like that sets a new standard. Also shoutout to Rebecca who was on-hand to support the boat-load of items I'd managed to add in my basket... As for the store itself, they had a wide range of sizes and colours, and despite being near the end of the day, the store was impeccably clean and straightened out. I’d recommend the Brighton store to anyone looking to freshen up their wardrobe!

   Harley (like the motorbike) was the most friendly and helpful person I have ever had the joy of meeting. I didn't end up buying in store that day but that is no fault of Harley because he nearly brainwashed me into buying a suit, shirt and tie I could not afford right there and then. I did end up buying a tie he showed me online though. He was amazing.

   I've been greeted with excellent customer service provided by Chai (hopefully I spelled it right). Purchased shirt and some add-ons to my suit thanks to retailer that helped me to choose right colours and size. I have never been to Moss before but I'll definitely be coming back. Prices are affordable in comparison to the competition around and staff was really friendly which always makes a difference. Big thank you, I saved lot of time because of your help!

   Useless customer service, given the prices of the products they sell. The shirts in display are full of black dust, when ask if they could get a sticky roll for a shirt I wanted to buy, they said the couldn't "because it's downstairs". The shirt we wanted to buy was for our brother in law who lives in France, and when I told them his size in cm they just bluntly said we can't help with that (I then googled the solution, but that was not the point - if a customer asks for help you try find a solution don't reply uselessly that you can't help)
