   I had a really negative experience in here. Found a gorgeous dress, and tried it on in a 10.. felt a little big so i asked for an 8. The shop assistant looked me up and down and questioned whether i needed an 8. Tried the 8 on which fit well, and she proceeded to tell me these clothes are made for 6ft ‘tiny little’ models.. not for people like me with ‘curves’. Im 5’2 and weigh 7.5 stone, im not insecure with my size as i know im absolutely not overweight, however i do not wish to feel judged by a shop assistant i merely asked to get me another size.

   I collect today my parcel but unfortunately was the wrong size !!!but I’ve been really lucky that I’ve been supported in Store by Hannah and Kelly !!!they been absolutely AMAZING and they sort it to order the shirt that I love it for tomorrow!!!But I really would like to tell you thank you very much because u been so lovely and u made my day!!!plus I bought another t shirt that I love it !!!!    Great staff and great service. Took time to help me through my choices. Emily and Jamie went above and beyond-I’m sure their warm but professional service was part of the reason I spent more than I planned. I’ve never encountered shop assistants with such knowledge on style and fashion. I’m not complaining about how much I spent as I have some great outfits in my wardrobe now.
