I bought some socks from this seller and put them straight in the bin.they were that poor they didnt even stay on my feet.rip of DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER
Extremely frustrating company to deal with. Clothes are lovely but be exceptionally careful that you are sure they will fit you. As trying to get a refund is exceptionally difficult and time wasting. I returned trousers and they were received on 1st October. I phoned on 10th October to be told that my refund would be processed that day. When I phoned up on the 13/10 I was told it would be processed on the 14/10. And the person was different than the one on 10/10 and they denied that the person I spoke to on the 10/10 said that the refund would be processed on that day. I know very clearly what I was told, at best wrong information. I am unemployed and because I can't rely on a date when I will get my refund and I have an event to go to I have had to borrow money to get new trousers. I will never use this company again despite the clothes being nice the customer service when you need a refund is slow, antiquated you have to chase up refunds with patronising staff who say they will do things and don't do them. I will update this review when I receive my refund.
Some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Two different orders over several weeks, both times I had to chase them up for delivery or refunds. False promises the refund will be paid "early next week" when it wasn't. Dreadful service.
My husband ordered the cotton linen trousers for a wedding and it is the perfect fit! It arrived when they said it would, the stretch band means he doesn’t feel restricted, the colour is as advertised and the quality actually matches the price. My husband is usually a 32” length but based on previous reviews we went for a 30” and it was definitely the right decision!

A excellent on line Gentleman's outfitters with a great selection of Harris Tweed suits, Shirts and all other clothes for the smart Gentleman.I was looking for a Harris Tweed 3 piece suite for my wedding in June. I saw the Slate Blue Harris Tweed 3 piece suite but wasn't sure of my measurements. I rung customer services and ended up making an appointment at their shop in Partridge Green. The shop is open 10.00 - 12.00 and then 14.00 - 16.00, making an appointment is recommended then you have the undivided attention of SIGY who runs the shop and CARON the in house tailoress. I had a 14.00 appointment and was a good hour this included CARON altering leg length and trying the suit on with expert advice from SIGY. I ended up getting The Slate Blue Harris Tweed 3 piece suit, with a leather belt for a little over £500. Some may say a little expensive, I say you get what you pay for absolute top quality.If visiting the shop situated behind the Brewery a face mask to be worn.
As far as I could tell, without consultation, she bought most of my clothes from Next or M&S. Whilst these were more or less acceptable, I hadn't thought about any other source, not having to think about it in the first place - just like house cleaning, cooking, banking, or buying groceries. But, the death of one's wife (cancer) suddenly opens up a whole range of other activities previously entrusted to another. Left now to my own devices, I researched and was attracted by the products, the reviews, background (family firms are invariably better than large corporations) length of business, returns policy and the websites. Two firms stood out after much research, one very local here in Bath and Peter Christian. I really must commend myself on my choices. Both are excellent, each having a different advantage over the other, thus fulfilling my requirements more than sufficiently.
My husband recently purchased 2 Moleskin Jeans from you. One Dark Blue the other Loden. Whilst we have no complaints about the cut and quality of the material. The dark Blue seems to attract white fluff and dust on a dreadful scale, making the garment look unsightly and practically unwearable. Do you have any advice regarding washing or spray application. that would resolve this problem Eunice Williams
