Nice shop to walk around,could not find lap top tray we were looking for, asked a nice assistant he went and got it for us ,very good recommend highly

In this store, you can put a parcel from Ervi. Today I asked to send my parcel to my son, and I myself stayed in the car to wait for him. I was bewildered when my son returned and said that he needed a barcode. I had to go to the store myself, and then I realized that the staff did not know how to accept parcels at all. The device that was previously available for printing stickers at the cash register was removed. I had to prove and teach how to do it. I was a little shackled. And now I'm worried if she put the parcel in the place where she will be taken from! More staff training needed!!
Newhaven TOFS - Probably the most helpful staff in any of this type of outlet. Pleasant and polite and mostly cheerful.
Appaling. Spent £30. Went back in store to buy air fresheners. Brought 2 for £6. Back in the car we realised that there was no liquid in the containers, returned to store. Asked which liquid fitted the containers so i could purchase, no one knew and then was told they didn't sell them. Therefore returned the fresheners and requested a refund. (Remember this is £6). Asked for my receipt, by the lady, I informed her that i was not given one but she confirmed that she remembered me from 5 minutes previously. That was proof of purchase. Refused me a refund , offered me a voucher. I did not visit shop often so insisted on a refund. This was refused so is asked for the manager. I aked him why he was selling air fresheners that could not be used because they did not sell the liquid content. He became Irritated and refused me a refund. Informed him i would be taking this up with his Head office, reminded him that the lady assistant had confirmed my purchase. (Giving proof of puchase) Still no refund. So i told him i would take his voucher, rip it up outside and not return to the store. He then informed me that he would give me my refund and "THAT I WAS BANNED FROM THE SHOP" He told me numerous times. He just did not know how to answer my questions, poorly trained. Astonishment was not the word. I was absolutly shocked. 63 years old and never been in this situation before, FACTORY SHOP YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. He left, I took my refund and asked the assistant for the manager details. He came back out of his office and told me he had already given them. I then asked again and he told me his first name. Asked him again and he told me his second name and told me to leave the store. appalling, and at his stage i admit i became loud and informed the shop of the appalling service so all could hear. (not proud of myself but now so annoyed) He told me to leave again which i did.(With my £6) . Why sell an air refeshener when you do not sell the rest to enable it to be used and then why refuse a refund when brought ot your attention. Then why ban a 63year old for asking the question and requesting a refund. 1 Star is too much.
