Ordered tonight and the food is disgusting. The bbq sauce was like jelly, chicken balls where extremely greasy and cold and the chips and egg fried rice where soggy and had no flavour. This place needs to be shut down.
Ordered many times before with no issues. The staff were always nice and the food was excellent. However, it isn’t like this anymore. The woman on the phone is so rude and disrespectful and has never heard of the ‘customer is always right’. I ordered the crispy chilli chicken and it was like a rock. It was pure batter and no chicken, and was extremely hard to chew. I phoned the shop about this and the lady decided to blame it on me! They took no responsibility for it and said they have never had a complaint about any of their food before. Avoid this store at all cost as it has gone down hill, the food is horrible and the service is atrocious! She needs some training or firing!
Dispite the negative reviews I placed an order and I was surprised by the quality of food, taste and delivery time. Was a bit weary at first but don't let the reviews put you off. Definitely gained a happy customer
The lemon King Prawn was a triumph. The vegetable curry was the best I've ever had. The whole meal was wonderful. I especially liked the complimentary bottle of cola and spring rolls.
Amazing food. Arrived piping hot and the lids on the plastic tubs were bulging. Will definitely be ordering again thanks.
Would give 0 stars if possible. 2 hour wait, drove to the shop and it was closed, no lights were on. Spent an extra £20 at KFC only to get home and my order arrive. How did they cook my food if the shop was closed??
Ordered online, got confirmation of order. 1 hour later I got a text message cancelling the order as driver was not coming my way?? I was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. No refund ever turned up and I offered to collect the food as they couldn’t deliver to be told I would have to pay cash as they had already done a refund!!!
Very tasty. Everything hot! We got free bottle of Pepsi and free spring rolls! Everything was delicious and I loved the Prawn Toast! Came very quickly too
Not a good experience, ordered first time for a change - late delivery by over 45 minutes - Chow mein was tasteless, duck was all dried bits, food was luke warm, the only part of the meal that was nice were the prawn toast & seaweed. Asked for a refund through just eat.. but the restaurant refused & just said 'we hope you enjoy the food' not even a goodwill gesture offered, wont be rushing back anytime soon, i dont normally write reviews but feel robbed & don't want others to experience the same.
