   Food is normally really good had a few disappointment s most of the time is really well presented i requested no onions with my salad but on occasions they don't seem to listen then for being hot. luke warm or cold and when you complain well they hang up don't seem to care so I will not be ordering from there again.

   Been a customer for years, x just made a complaint whilst ordering , because for once my food was bad... my orders been cancelled.... no loyalty, that smile is him just taking your money... just as good elsewhere

   Walked In and was hit with a beautiful whiff of the food. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, ordered my food with no issues. Service was swift and easy. The food was in my hands in 10 minutes. Came with a generous amount of cutlery and serviettes. Food was hot and still kept temperature whilst on the way home. I ordered a meat & mushroom biriani and I've never been more satisfied with an Indian takeaway in northampton. 10/10 now will be my go to every weekend!!!

   This is usually our go to takeaway for Indian food but tonight’s food was dreadful. Sheek kebab was tiny, Dal Tarka was burnt with black crispy garlic (inedible) the scampi ... not sure it was scampi!!! Cold chips... very disappointed.

   Never any issues and have been using them years Tried loads of takeaways in Northampton and for the price these cant be beaten. 5 stars without a doubt. Edit/ 2 years on and still 5 stars.

   I called the Balti to complain about there being 2 pieces of meet in my lamb madras Balti !! I recieved a lot of verbal abuse over the phone and got told when I order a meal again I will be compensated !! I'm never going to order food from these people because they don't even deserve to be in business !! Sorry but I'm the customer and I'm not going to put up with there customer service skills which are non excistant any time of day. I never thought there were business out there giving such a crap service. YOU MAY HAVE BUSINEES BUT NOT FOR LONG THE WAY YOU ARE GOING !! Good luck & god ridens KINGSLEY BALTI , Northampton
