the food was completely cold and half of the noodles weren't in the wrapped packing and were stuck to the inside of the cardboard boxes either pulling off pieces of paper texture or once removed from the box have a taste of cardboard/paper. Once they saw the review they reached out for details so they could "try to resolve the issue" however once I gave them my details and the info they asked for I never heard from them again.
