Never had any issues here. Service on the phone is always of high quality. Never had an issue with missing food. Always tastes good. They always allow bank transfer if you have no cash which is a bonus!
The food is very tasty with it being hot and priced reasonably. The staff are friendly and helpful with making food choices.
Only decent service I got was from the lady on the phone who in all honesty was lovely.I have noticed every response to every review is ‘I see this is your first time ordering with us’. In which yes it is, however this is beside the point. We ordered our meal, and a bottle of pop. In which we didn’t receive the pop. And also the food tasted like chemicals, the ‘chips’ (fries) were soggy and Cold and the chicken balls were vile. Whether or not this is a popular dish, we were unhappy with our food. Missing an item that we had purchased on a first ever order just shows that they aren’t that bothered about the customer service and aren’t very eager to make an impression. Multiple reviews relate to my order so please do not respond. And I advice anyone not to order from here…
Vile food! The chicken in the fried rice is slimy and bland. The salt and pepper chips are fries and bland. They are very tight with the amount of sauce they give out too 30 ml!!!! Delivery took over a hour and a half too. For the price I paid I expected the food to be good. This place needs shutting down

Delicious food , tasty vegetable fried rice and the satay vegetable are amazing
Really poor quality food. Hot & Sour Soup: just sour with vinegar, no hot at all and no fresh chilli in it. Also bulked out with way too much carrot. Special Fried Rice. Really bad attempt, no slices of meat like other takeaways, basically it's just Yung Chow fried rice with 2 king prawns in it, at £6.50 a total rip off for virtually all rice and no meat. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The food that we last ordered was brilliant it was all hot and fresh and no one had any complaints. However the only reason I didn't rate a 5 star is because this place really lacks consistency as we have had food before that wasn't great for example I had chicken that was once over cooked and dry. However I still think this place is a little gem and is definitely my favourite place if I'm looking for Chinese food.
