   Most definitely the worst KFC on the planet hands down! Quite honestly I didn't think things could get this down bad at all the place was horrendous, there were flies absolutely everywhere from the minute I walked through the door I almost slipped on the floor from the amount of grease pooling in the doorway it was like something out of a horror movie. Not to mention that every single bin was completely overflowing with unknown liquids leaking from them and oh don't get me started on the smell my gosh, like an carcass was rotting somewhere in the joint. Disgraceful to say the least as I wondered in and first tried to use the self service touch screen system I was horrified from the amount of sticky greasy fingerprints that were completely covering it. Also I was quite shocked to also see a man eating multiple tubs of beans with his hands quite literally scraping them out with his fingertips it was like something out of a horror movie. These people need serious help and to top it all off the staff had a 4stripe adidas tracky on man like come on. Will never ever come back to this pitiful embarrassment of a kfc. DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL MEASURES

   Plenty to complain about here. Too many staff doing nothing, mooching, refusing to take orders and directing customers to the single kiosk. I’d never been to a fast-food place before where the bottleneck was ordering rather than food preparation and delivery! Dirty tables and floors, broken toilets such that there was a holler, “Can we please get some toilet rolls for the disabled toilets” that rang out across the restaurant. When they cleaned and mopped the toilet, it was “too wet to open yet” so they locked the door. We retreated to the Shell garage where we discovered there was only one toilet for all customers where a queue had formed…. Man. Food was a bit over fried. Rice bowl stodgy. Melon cordial was nice. If you’ve got no option, and I mean if you’ve got no option at all l, apart from this location for your services then come here and good luck.

   The larger guy serving at the front at this kfc denied my 73 year old dad and 68year old uncle use of their disabled loo since the men’s was ‘out of order’ The longest I’ve ever had to wait for food in an empty kfc Dirty tables, slippery floors, bins overflowing They want you to order from the kiosk but don’t have unavailable items listed, as I was informed by the staff when they didn’t have items that I ordered and paid for. Possibly the laziest workforce that I’ve ever come across in any fast food establishment. The branch has replied to some negative reviews but clearly just a box ticking exercise as it looks like nothing has changed. Absolutely Pitiful. Avoid at all costs.

   Unfortunately after 30 minutes my meal break was over and I asked for a refund. The manager, to be fair, was very apologetic and happy to refund me. The issue is that there was one guy serving both the drive the window and the front counter, and packing all the food.... He was a headless chicken and I sat and watched while food sat for twenty minutes going cold on the counter before being collected. Whilst the lone worker was flapping around at the front, half a dozen workers were having the time of their lives at the back of the kitchen. During this visit there were only 2 orders taken in the store, so not busy...just not good enough.

   Food was excellent service was very good. Toilets were a bit of a let down. Slow fill cistern so unable to flush and floor wet.

   Place is very dirty inside and around. I had to clean table myself as there was no clean table for 4 people. Staff forgot that you can smile (with exception of one girl). Toilet soap dispenser was too low to sink and hard to use without hitting my hand on the tap. Also gravy was disgusting. Maybe they were tied after long day or need extra staff. But this doesn't change my experience. Definitely not stopping there again.

   The only thing finger lickin good at this place was Little Lottie, who served me. Chips were cold limp and manky, threw them in bin. Chicken fillets were luke warm and tough. No hot drinks at all. Piece of chicken was missing from order. Would never recommend or return.

   I hope this reaches someone who works here who cares slightly, after an emotional 4 hours driving of M6 delays I arrived here for some FAST food, having seen there was only 2 cars in the drive through I decided to stop for 2 twisters of the day and a fillet box, I suddenly became trapped in the drive through and waited over 40 minutes to get my food, having been left at a closed window after paying I had to resort to parking up and entering the building to ask for a refund as I didn't have time to wait much longer, not a single apology or explanation or more importantly a warning to prevent me from entering 40 mins of hell and anxiety in your drive through of 3 customers including myself. I challenge someone who works here and cares to check your CCTV and look for a black Lexus around 1400 Tuesday 27th December entering the drive through followed by a blue 4x4 to my rear (he deffo had same experience if not worse) was a small red VW Infront. I remember it all so well and will never forget. Observe this and explain how it took so long please please I don't want free chicken wings nor a refund nor an apology, just a promise you will try do better in the future (just close to drive through if you can't handle the heat) I appreciate it sounds like first world problems but the world is a little stressfull right now, help me help you and I'm turn we will all benefit from these small wins, have a good new year fellas x
