Not worth at all. Ridiculous prices and policies. How could someone won't get a refund and it's returns only? Nonsense
Had the most wonderful experience at Coco Blush in Swansea not too long ago! The ladies there were absolutely lovely and made my mum and grandma feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. We ended up having a fantastic chat with one of the staff members about her solo travel adventures — she’s truly an inspiration! Honestly, I could’ve stayed there all day just chatting with her; she has such a warm and inspiring vibe. She also helped me pick out the perfect pieces, including some gorgeous gold bangles and a stunning bracelet that gives serious Cartier vibes. The whole experience was so enjoyable, and it felt like more than just shopping. If you’re looking for beautiful jewelry and amazing company, I can’t recommend Coco Blush enough!
Staff and in particular Sue was most helpful and patient suggesting items to try on for an occasion in July. Very colourful clothes. Best to try things on even if you don't think it's your style! All sorts of accessories they can suggest in store too I.e. hats, shoes, sandals, scarfs, bags. Would have given 5 star rating BUT BE WARE OF THEIR RETURNS POLICY!!! I had asked if item could be returned if not as happy when got it home: returns are accepted with receipt BUT CREDIT NOTE FOR SHOP ONLY WOULD BE ISSUED WHICH MUST BE USED WITHIN ONE MONTH!!! Best be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN it fits, you like it.
Absolutely disgusted with the service I received today ,I had tried to return an item bought as a gift for me , firstly no refunds given and credit notes are only valid for one month and must be spent in the store where the gift was originally purchased . They have a store much nearer my home which I cannot use my credit note in ! ,I was informed of this by a very condescending assistant , so I have to make a trip to mumbles when they have a branch in Swansea near my home. I have never come across this policy before ,I have purchased things in Cardiff shops eg M&S ,Next etc which I have exchanged in other branches of those stores ,I really cannot see the rationale for this policy I advise anyone making a gift purchase at this store to be certain it won’t need to be exchanged
Shame, I returned an item today, my daughter has purchased it for me for Christmas- I asked for an exchange of 2 gift voucher to the value of the item to use as gifts for friends. Nope, could only have a credit note valid for 1month. Two staff on the till were trying to help, another member of staff restated the credit note policy adding that gift vouchers were valid for 3months so in effect as I was asking for two and I quote ‘that would give the customer six months to spend the vouchers’ . What a joke. I will spend the credit note but be extremely careful and absolutely sure (checking seams/hem lengths/ necklines for correct cutting and sewing) when I do. Not the greatest shopping experience I’ve ever had…
I’ve bought a lot at Abergavenny and Newport shops.for myself and gifts for friends. Everything I’ve bought is fabulous. No complaints whatsoever. The staff in both stores are friendly and helpful.
Dear sir / madam I Phoned Swansea coco blush today spoke to lady after I found out it was Swansea not neath coco blush and asked her if she could put me through to neath coco blush and she said no and hung up on me I phoned back and asked her for the number of neath coco blush she said it so fast I asked her again and she hung up I tried phoning three times after and they wouldn’t answer. I put no caller ID on and she answered the phone and when she heard my voice and pretended there was poor connection and she then hung up we tried ringing up again and wouldn’t answer. I bought a £50 voucher from neath and lost it and because this lady wouldn’t listen or answer I had to go all the way back to neath I think her attitude was disgusting and no way to run a business. I received a gift voucher as a birthday present from my best friends who knew i frequently purchased items at coco blush. They only give 3 months in which to use voucher. In December looked around the shop which I did not fancy anything shop assistant told me not to worry they would give you some grace to use it. Went into Swansea branch today only for the sales assistant to say it was out of date. Very disappointed in service as she wasn't even prepared to telephone the manager for advice as stated she knew the manager would say NO. I have a £50 voucher now which I am unable to redeem. SHOCKING POLICY AT COCO BLUSH. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN
