Lovely staff, lovely shop, my only gripe is that the store just isn't big enough for the city centre, I wish we had a store just like they do in Cardiff, which is superb.
Made enquiries about returning an online purchase. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. They are returning the item for me and have ordered a replacement. Excellent service.
Great selection but limited sizes, and the store is very cramped. Quite dark in there too and the staff always seem to just watch you especially if you’re on your own which is a bit unnerving. Going in there feels like a fever dream but it’s not bad.
Always loved Superdry but never bought new until today with the mrs. Bought her skirt, lace vest top and she loved a hoodie. Slightly more expensive than other shops. She had a private changing area covered by friendly professional staff and very helpful. Also found VEGAN friendly footwear, I'm not a vegan lover but I was impressed with what looked good and fashionable items.

Nice clothes,great quality. Size inconsistencies are ridiculous.Returns/exchanges take forever. Customer service Is ok at best. Ordered items.No invoice or confirmation.Items turned up.One was the wrong size sent back for a larger size. Never received this.Trying to explain and get Customer service to understand Is like trying to split the atom. Its a shame. But hey. I spend lots on clothes.Guess I will buy elsewhere.
Over expensive for what they sell but if you want designer then it's a good place to come. The store is rather dark but the staff are open and friendly
