    Visited ladies toilets .Only 1 working ,no toilet paper, no hand-wash, toilet paper holders broken.Absolutely not acceptable. Heard men coming out of their toilets complaining about smell. Really do need to improve standards.Busy store,very busy cafe and always need for clean toilets. Please sort it out .It's disgusting .

    Fantastic service from the Online Collection team - had a missing item (while they were experiencing systems being down) and they tried endlessly to locate my parcel. Admittedly, I had jumped the gun and visited the store before my 2nd confirmation text message arrived. It resulted in them apologising and asking for me to come back a few days later, which is fair. Upon my return it looked like a dispatch issue, within 10 minutes they had arranged a 24 hour delivery to my home of the missing item. All staff were friendly, informed, and courteous. I failed to get their names apologies.

    We visit Next every few months to pick up something special withy my two little girls. The friendlies of Anna definitely deserves a shout out! You really make them feel special by taking your time to have little chat and compliment their outfit or accessories. Thank you so much. This really means a lot.

    Very disappointing experience at Next Swansea. The Strong Dynamorpha trousers, which fit my son perfectly, were the only available pair – but displayed on a mannequin. We urgently needed them for a birthday in just two hours. Despite being physically in the store, the manager refused to have them taken down, saying it would β€œtake too much time.” There was no other size available, and no effort was made to help us. I’m really unhappy with this kind of customer service – especially coming from the manager.

    Absolutely disguising service! I’ve never been so uncomfortable in my life! As we were a group of younger people we were only having a look around and a rude woman came up to us and shouted us saying β€œif you’re not gonna buy anything leave” just because we were browsing they were not happy! (we were well within our right to). I felt discriminated by very narrow minded individuals. They have no idea about customer service and should be ashamed. Don’t waste your money on such stuck up people.

    I review on here regularly and i rarely give anywhere negative feedback TODAY I HAD TO, owen on the till upstairs menswear has zero manners and i would actually go as far as to say a horrible person ,rude to a loyal next customer who wont be shopping here again.     One of my favourite Next shops. Very good selection of quality clothes , and helpful staff for when enquiring, buying and those dreaded returns. Never had any problems. Always polite and sorted out any problems. So one happy and returning customer.

    Great selection of products and great quality products but massively let down by terrible customer service. The customer service desk is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Be carefull ordering for store collection as its a lucky dip if you will get your item even if you get notifcations that its ready for collection.

    The attitude of a staff could be better At 3pm on 26/9/2022. I was enquiring about the delay of my furniture delivery. The young male staff who dealt with us at the time stated: "once the order was done, you have to call the customer service as we couldn't help you, I could call them for you but it would be the same waiting time as you called them yourself." I appreciated his explanation, but it's the attitude/ the way he communicated was uninterested/ dismissive and borderline rude, we decided to not continue with the conversation with him. Otherwise, been having a pleasant experience with NEXT Swansea for the last few visits. I do feel sorry for that young chap though as he obviously doesn't seem to care/ enjoy his job on that particular day and time. Edit: Having looked at some negative reviews, I noticed a similar pattern, where there has been poor attitude from a young staff/ possibly borderline racist (not sure from the same staff though). If that's the case, dear NEXT, you really need to carefully vet your employees.
