Absolute top class service. Encouraged me to purchase an outfit and hatinator for my daughters wedding when I was unsure, but ever so glad they did. So many compliments and felt like a million dollars xx

Finding your perfect dress for your child's big day can be so daunting, last year I went to the store feeling so nervous and out of my comfort zone...BUT INSTANTLY the ladies made me feel relaxed and made sure I enjoyed the experience. I came away with my stunning MOG dress. This week I returned in search of my MOB dress. Once again wonderful service & advice from all the ladies...who remembered me from last year :-) I can't thank Kath enough, she knew exactly what I should & shouldn't go for, together we found my beautiful MOB dress and hat. Your all amazing, friendly & professional. Thank you ladies!
I couldn't have been happier with Rowberry's. This was only the second place I'd been to look for a wedding dress, I wasn't actually expecting to find anything, just maybe get an idea of what I wanted. Me and my mum picked out a few dresses and the sales assistant chose a few based on my preferences and I found the perfect dress. The assistant was very helpful in getting shoes and accessories to help me achieve my vision. The seamstress made all the changes we needed and I felt perfect on my wedding day.
I cannot thank Rowberry’s enough. They made finding the perfect dress so easy. I chose the first dress I tried on for my wedding day. All of the staff made me feel extremely welcome and relaxed. Tracey ensured I tried on every different style to make sure I was choosing the right dress for me. My mother also bought her incredible dress, hat and shoes from here. I cannot thank the staff at Rowberry's enough for all the help they gave me in finding my dress. I had tried so many shops looking for my dress and no-one seemed interested in helping. I then spoke to Valerie at Rowberry's who went above and beyond in finding me a sample dress to try on. I can't imagine this was the easiest of jobs (as the dress was a few years old at this time) but Valerie seemed determined to find it. The rest of my experience with Rowberry's was just as wonderful, the ladies are so lovely and extremely helpful. A lovely experience in what can be quite a stressful time. Thank you all! Eva xx
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE . They have do have some lovely dresses there but if they don't have your size please don't order from them ...We ordered a mother of the bride dress after a fashion show there and I waited over 4 months for the dress to come in.The amount of calls i had to made was silly i was told time and time again i would get a call back .i think i had 1 maybe 2 .What a bad experience that was I was lied to on multiple occasions about this dress. I was also told "We do not just put your dress in a bag and hand it to you without being checked" after actually handing me said dress in a bag that hadn't been check ....when I got it home it was not only the wrong size but in worse state than the one in the shop. With a broken zip and bits coming off and fraying .Considering this is ment to be a happy occasion this shop managed to upset us all so much that it's literally taken a happy memory and turned it into a nightmare. If you do get anything from here make sure you check every inch before you go out the door .I think the worst part was being lied to so many times. I am just so glad my bridal dress wasn't from here . This experience has put me off wedding shopping and I haven't looked for my bridesmaids yet... I am now dreading it. Just hope this never happens to a brides gown

I can't thank Tracey enough for her excellent customer service and help in choosing my dream gown by Ronald Joyce and my veil. You made the experience so lovely for me. I felt like a princess on my wedding day and had many compliments on the dress. Nothing was too much trouble, even helping to put the gown in the car when I collected it. It was much appreciated. Also a big thank you to Jackie for doing a brilliant job with the alterations and making me feel so comfortable. You have all been amazing, especially with the pandemic and postponement in between. Can't thank or recommend Rowberrys enough.
