What a really nice experience I had yesterday from a lovely lady called Elerie (hope I spelt that correctly)she helped me choose my outfit for my Christmas party and I just felt she went above and beyond for me so thank you I will certainly be buying in that shop again.

Very friendly. Picked up an order...tried it on...needed a different size. So refunded it straight away and the staff member was really helpful...offered to look for one online and re order it again. Excellent service
Returned a faulty shoulder bag I bought on-line in June. Staff were very helpful. I couldn't access my receipt on google mail so they advised me to get it from my River Island account and helped me locate it.
