I ordered a linen shirt from COS 12 days ago. I still have not received it. I rang customer services who tell me I have to deal with Evri. They cannot do so. When I tried to contact Evri I am told me postcode is invalid. I will not shop with COS again. Unhelpful and inefficient.
Cos Brighton - great! I don’t normally leave reviews but was in there yesterday and Josh was so helpful and also very kind when I was looking for a dress to wear to a funeral. He helped me find 3 possible items and gave his opinion and helped me choose which one. Thank you for you help, kindness and eye for what suits.

The most ridiculous customer service. A brand new pair of trousers accused of being washed and told they will give me the benefit of the doubt. Absolute joke as I know they haven’t seen a drop of water. What a weird accusation. Cos you need to do better at training your staff. I don’t know what kind of exclusive brand you think you are but believe me nobody is washing your trousers and trying to bring them back. They also then went on to refuse a refund because they had given me back the wrong receipt. Eventually after going into the back room they came out and were able to offer me a refund seems like another weird company policy. Just an all round crap experience. Very disappointed in your customer service and policy in general! I’ve ordered a set and then next morning was additional 15% discount including what I’ve just ordered. I’ve written to customers service asking if there is any chance to get reimbursement of extra sale, in return I’ve got some weak explanation why you cannot do it in black, as if I’m an idiot. I order pretty much everything on.line and I had plenty cases when company was supportive and trying very best to keep loyal customers, but you seem to have plenty to deal so ignorantly!
Are you going out of business? Why are you taking orders you can’t fulfill? Why aren’t you explaining anything? Waited weeks for my clothes, none of them fit, reordered only to wait again this time with no clothes and then a refund in the bank with no explanation. NOT acceptable
Appalling delivery service. They use the worst of the worst delivery firm Hermes (who have changed their name to Evri in an attempt to shake off the contempt the publicity have for them). It takes more than a name change. Same execrable non service. Have been waiting 3 weeks. Still no parcel. At depot apparently. Impossible to speak to anyone, all deliberately automated call dead ends. Cos to blame here for employing Hermes Evri to handle their distribution. Will never use these jokers again.
Today I was in Brighton for the day. I visited the shop and purchased a swimwear. I'd like to thank you the lovely lady (red hair, fringe and glasses) that helped me figure out which style and size was the best for my body-shape. It was perfect! Thank you very much!
What's there not to like?! Stylish clothes which make you stand out in the crowd and the staff that treat you like a royalty. I love that feeling of unwrapping my new purchase which has been carefully wrapped in soft tissue paper...all those little touches which do make a difference!
Great store, great clothes and fashion and nice employees. The only downside is that their fitting rooms are small and crowded. I had to wait 30 minutes once just to try some clothes on. But I bought most of the clothes. Worth it!
