   I’m aware it is busy at Halloween season however the staff was rude and service was awful! The owner raised his voice at myself and my 2 other friends for picking up a hat to try on, how disgusting. Us young girls were so surprised how he spoke, we was actually going to buy the hat but never mind.

   Didn't even bother going as reading the reviews left by others the store owner is a real grumpy sod and their staff aren't helpful and just as moody. If people are leaving bad reviews and then the likes of myself see these reviews left by others doesn't do your business any good whatsoever.

   I visited this shop with my young sister today looking at unicorn dress up. A male staff member was in the store and was really rude to us. Starting swearing at us because a pair of unicorn ears was dropped by mistake.Got the feeling this shop doesn’t like children and will never take my sister there again. Horrible staff horrible customer service!!! The only good that will come out of this is that I will never spent money here will now visit the well run fancy dress store in gorseinon instead. Their loss.

   If I could give zero for customer service I would! The shop owner was incredibly rude! I asked for help, when he could be bothered to look up from his phone he pointed me in the direction. The shop was empty he could have shown me. I found what I was looking for on a second attempt, I pulled the dress out of the bag and held it up in front of me in the mirror of the changing room, curtains open. I didn’t have time to try on as was on lunch break. I was shocked to hear him shouting oi what are you doing in there?? I was mortified at him shouting at me in front of the one other customer in there as if I was a criminal! He came into the changing room if I had been undressed he would have seen me!! I said I’m looking at the dress, he said it would have been nice to be told! I said there was no one attending the changing rooms! He said this is like a normal shop you need to ask if you want to try on! At this point the one customer was staring at the commotion, I told him to stuff his dress and left the changing room, I’m not going to be treated like a shop lifter for no good reason! It was extremely insulting! As I was storming out of the shop he said oi who’s going to put the dress away! Then he shouted you won’t get anything anywhere else as the one in the arcade is closed! That must be the only way he gets any business by monopoly of the market as the stores service is appalling! When pointing me to the particular dress he should have said if you want to look at the dress or try it on you have to ask and I would have gladly obliged! Shocking service!
