   We love this primark, However when going to swap an item for another size because it was on the wrong hanger, we couldn’t find our receipt. Our server, Alex was very rude about the situation. This was very disappointing considering we are locals and come here often.

   The store is huge, but unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. Although there are plenty of tills, it seems there's a shortage of staff to man them, resulting in absurdly long queues that seem to stretch for miles. It's ridiculous! Primark should have enough staff at peak times to ensure prompt service and efficient queues. Many shoppers, like myself, enter the store but leave when they see these never-ending queues. To improve the situation, the store could also consider introducing self-service tills as an additional option.

   Llanelli Primark is massive. I love the added touch when you go up/down the escalator where they have a map of Llanelli and they have glass lifts. They have nice tops, jumpers and shoes with good prices. The only problem is the work going on outside the store

   I am very pleased as I have received the best costumer service since a long time . I was looking for a particular slider as I was late with buying presents for my daughter . I didn’t find it and I asked a gentleman with some sorry of headphone , he was a manager and his name was Dawood . He patiently and nicely showed me the location of that particular slider and also helped me to find the correct size . I felt that he truly engaged with the conversation and really wanted to help . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ costumer service

   A large branch over two floors. Well set out and with lifts and escalators accessing the second floor. Facilities are good. There is disabled parking and access.

   Bit disappointed this visit. Spent a lot but not much to show for it. Also lacking on clothes for 3 to 4 yrs boys jogging bottoms. Also not alot of character t-shirts. Would of liked to see a bigger range of t-shirts for adults in the latest trends of character. Apart from that they are consistent.

   Decent store to be fair. Went today and there were literally groups of kids everywhere up and down. From id say ages 10-13. Running around and screaming and playing tag. Not a parent in sight and no members of staff willing to tell them off. Very annoying.
