Nice and warm inside (miserable outside). We had beef ragu and calamari for starters followed by goats cheese and roasted pepper pizza and calzone pizza. Food was seasoned well but not fresh. Asked for red onion in pizza but didn't get it, although charged (had it taken off, no discount offered). Expected better from a chain restaurant. Staff friendly enough.

First impressions were good and the food was good but after we ate the service was awful, 15 mins went by after we had finished then 30 mins and no one cleared our plates, no desert offered. Staff went awol, talking etc...I had to flag one of the staff for the bill. Can't justify eating out these days when you get a poor experience.

Didn't get to eat ( we had not booked) but it was early, 5.20pm on a Friday evening ... as we were told they were fully booked for the evening even though over 80% ( my estimate) empty at the time and because there was five of us they could not adjust table setting/ arrangements. ok, my custom is clearly not important... never need to go there again.

We went to this restaurant on a weekday evening. After ordering some expensive drinks and the main course the waiter told us that we could order desert and we had to leave at 9pm. Okay. However after that the waiting staff were still seating new customer who had just walked in... 3 groups. The poor waiter had to serve the entire restaurant as the thin manager and blond to mouse brown waitress wete flirting near the coffee machine all evening. The food was lack lustre. When the bill came it already contained a service charge together with the food was £100. I would not recommend this place. Go to where you will be made welcome and the food is good.

No complaints, I will definitely return. Amazing food and service, the waitress Catalina who served us was very attentive and friendly!

A very good experience. Seated quickly even though they were extremely busy and well taken care of by the servers. Food was delish! Carbonara is oven baked after being done which makes it extra tasty!

Usual Prezzo menu with selection of pasta, pizza and other Italian-influenced dishes. Experience was marred by very inattentive staff, who avoid eye contact, and work at their own pace. There is only one way to describe the service at this Prezzo restaurant: Reluctant
