This is proper Italian pasta, delicious and tasty. I had the mushroom pasta, oh my god I'm in heaven, and the mozzarella garlic bread mmmmmmmm. Followed by chocolate cake, so luscious. Definitely order again
So disappointed. Just placed on order for two people and only one item (portion of chips) was delivered - I spend over £20 on this order. No answer to phonecall. Would never order again.
The picture shows a full tub but when I opened it, I was disappointed to see the amount of pasta for the price. Not recommended if you’re hungry.
Disgusted ordered ham hock and pancetta carbonara. On first impression looked good. Tipped the pot into a bowl, it was packed full of pasta with a tablespoon of pasta sauce. I will not be using Coco di Mama again!
I'm not usually one to bother leaving reviews on food places (unless theyre bad) but I've just had one of the best takeaway experiences ever. I ordered two pots of pasta this evening, and once I'd submitted the order I noticed a mistake. I called up and was surprised to find that this is actually Zizzi, and my issue was dealt with by a very pleasant and helpful man. He fixed my order and my food was delivered no more than 20 minutes later. I usually order the bolognaise and I'm happy with it but tonight I went for the spicy chicken and it was absolutely delicious with some cheese and chilli flakes on top. This is quite easily the best take away meal I've had in months, mostly due to the food but also down to the amazing customer service. Thank you for restoring my faith in food deliveries.
Had three pasta pots delivered through uber eats this evening. The taste was reasonable but what really irked me was how watery the toppings on the pasta were. I'm sure what they're doing is cooking pasta in bulk and then just pouring whatever topping the pasta is down for on top of that for smaller individual portions. If they're using prepackaged sauces then that needs to be resolved at a company wide level, but if they're combining ingredients for the sauces and boiling the pasta and sauce together they need to boil off the water some more otherwise the same issue will keep coming back regardless. The taste is there but the sauces NEED to be thicker. Even the pesto pasta which is typically a very easy dish to make was lacking in pesto. Probably won't order from here again based on how watery the sauce was but the food delivered was decent and the pasta was cooked well.
Pasta great but they delivered the most atrocious doughnuts, they were not fresh they were atleast 3 days old awfuland as compensation as delivered by a famous delivery company we were advised by the telephone staff to claim a refund. Bad service
Food is nice. But I've ordered twice using deliveroo. Twice! They missed off items from our order!! This place is a SCAM! They don't even have a phone number I can call to ask where my missing food is! Won't be ordering again. Avoid at all costs!!
Ordered on Deliveroo. Absolutely AMAZING. I am a big fan of pasta and everything was great! The portions were big, the flavour and consistency of the sauce were great. And they gave little chocolates for every portion which I think is cute. Definitely would recommend!
Arrived cold and I was generally shock on a £29 delivery how little food there was. The food itself was flavourless and bland, with little sauce on the poorly cooked pasta.
