Just had a Beko electric cooker delivered and fitted by Jason and Mark. The sale was via Steve in the store. All of your employees are Friendly approachable and knowledgeable about the products. This is the 3rd time I have used Kensington Appliances. I only gave 4 stars as the dishwasher I wanted was unavailable to order soI had to have the one on display. I asked if I could have some money off but was told no as they have to stick to the Internet prices. As a returning customer you'd have thought they could have taken 10 or 20 pounds off. The only reason I still brought it here was because the delivery service is extremely good and you can trust them to do a good job.

Definitely recommend this store for your appliances. I'd checked out the website before visiting and there was no 'hard' selling to make me buy more expensive products just a sales person listening and providing the products I wanted. The delivery/installation was smoothly done, no fuss and a couple of lovely gentlemen. As I said to them "I had no idea a washing machine installation could be so much fun"!!
Very pleased with the service we received. The first microwave we ordered did not fit in our kitchen. This was quickly identified by the fitters and a replacement researched by the store and obtained and fitted by their friendly and extremely competent drivers/fitters.
Friendly, knowledgeable & after advise for our needs we were delivered washing machine within couple days. Delivery staff polite & went through important unpacking instructions. My husband was able to fit himself but a full fitting & removal of rubbish was offered at time of sale. Highly recommend Kensington Appliances.
Great service, from initial visit with helpful staff, ordering and fitting only took a few days. All round, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
I can't recommend Kensington highly enough. We visited them and found exactly what we wanted for a great price (cheaper than I found online), and we had delivery within a few days. The team delivering our fridge freezer were great and really careful on our newly laid floor. All plumbed in and shown how to use. An absolute pleasure to deal with you all - thanks so much!! (We will definitely be back)!
