   I had excellent service from a young man on the tills. I asked a question about a florescent light bulb. He didn't have the answer. but he went and found out the answer for me. Good job!

   Usually love this shop, until I went in yesterday and they ID'd me for dishwasher tablets and then told me to get someone else to buy them for me, I'm plenty old enough, I left for work early so I can get some as I don't get a lunch break and work school hours, this was really inconvenient, as I didn't want to get home and have to do the dishes when when I have a dishwasher, I also don't usually carry around my purse as i pay using my phone but just to mention there is no restrictions on buying dishwasher tablets as I checked on the NoIDNoSale website, and there was nothing on there to say there's restrictions, I've never had that before but that's fine I'll spend my money else where. Not to mention its really embarrassing with the long que behind me.

   For a shop that sells lots of random stuff, it seldom has what you need. Staff pretty disinterested and don’t seem to have much knowledge of their stock. HH desperately needs another DIY and home store.

   Very helpful and friendly. I needed something that was up the stairs but had my baby in his stroller. One of the young ladies very helpfully pulled the 3 sizes of bins to the top so I could have a quick look and make a selection. I very much appreciated it and will remember the friendly service for the future

As I don't live in Haywards Heath I don't get to visit this particular store very often but the range of products available and the service I received will inspire me to return. Thankyou
