   I have visited this branch of Prezzo numerous times, and have always had a great experience. The food and service have both been excellent, but additionally, I like Prezzo as it is very much an inclusive establishment. My friends and I are members of the trans community and we are always made to feel extremely welcome, especially from the excellent waitress, Penelope. I will definitely be returning.

   Valery was an absolute pleasure to meet. She spoke to our children and she went the extra mile by trying to get some extra food for a hungry child past the kitchen closing time. Very good hospitality, food was delicious, Valery was a very professional server you guys must look after, she has great people skills, very hardworking she was buzzing in the restaurant, cleaning, checking back on us. What a beautiful experience we had!!! Thank you Valerie for feeding our hungry children , a beautiful dinner after our skiing day. We hope to see you again soon. Mucisimas gracias !!

   Decided to celebrate my daughters GCSEs at Prezzos after shopping and OMG we had an amazing experience. Thank you to an amazing lady called Penelope who made us so welcome from the moment we walked through the door. We had a totally amazing time there and was it made the whole day for my daughter extra special...also want to thank Rebecca aswell for her kindness during our time at Prezzo...and helping Penelope make the experience one to remember....

   Pleasant atmosphere and friendly waitress. Disappointing food. My chicken marsala dish was overcooked so the chicken was very dry not tender and juicy as advertised. No mocktails on the menu so I had the alcohol free beer which was OK but other restaurants offer so much more choice for non-drinkers looking forward to a celebration meal.

   Food really over priced and poor quality, toilets were absolutely disgusting unhygienic smelled of urine and hope it was just water on the floor. Note another cash only place with a tiny see through sticker on the door.

   This was a great experience. We went on a Saturday, and it wasn’t too crowded and the staff were pleasant. The food arrived promptly and was delicious, nicely presented and reasonably priced. I’d particularly recommend the hummus, which was fresh. I would come back here.
