   Went there on Saturday the 26th of July to post a DHL parcel. I found the cashier rude and disrespectful! Just giving orders kind of talk! No please no politeness no respect to customers! When the woman responsible for the DHL post finally arrived, she said she didn't know how to do a DHL and that the printer was out of action too. I won't be going to this shop again.....

   Company run by crooks. Ordered a leaf blower online and got the notification to collect it, I was told it hadn’t arrived but if I wanted to I could buy one off the shelf and leave the order which would be refunded automatically when past the collection date. I never got a refund and when I made a complaint online I was told that apparently I did collect the order and I would have had to show my confirmation email and ID. No matter how many times I told them I never collected an order they wouldn’t believe me. I asked them to check CCTV but conveniently declined… What are you hiding? Please avoid this company, plenty of other better shops around.

   This store has such a variety of items essential for my recent move into new property. some items are on the pricy side. but looking past that, staff offered help but I was simply browsing. A great choice of item's and everything is well stocked. been nipping in and out every so often to get items i need for my place

   My wife came in to your store today and forgot her cards. The Staff at the store went above and beyond and made her day with their 'Good deed for the day'. This is a how the High Street used to be, great customer service....not like when you shop online.

   Today I walked into Robert Dyas Horsham at 8..40 am and asked if they could help me. I was met by 2 gentleman who were extremely helpful and changed my cycle helmet and cycle light batteries for me. As I didn't know how to do it. I Would like to praise and thank them both I didn't take their names but exceptional customer service well done it's great Robert Dyas train their staff to a fantastic standard well done.

   I have returned a speaker today, bought 2 years ago, so still had it's guarantee and been offered to exchange it to a different product. I found a similar one, but it was over the original price. Nathan, the customer assistant reduced it for me and the exchange was done so smoothly. I did not expect that to happen so I was rather pleased. Brilliant service, would highly recommend.
