Popped in today to look for a dress for a friend's wedding and the ladies were so lovely! The first dress i tried on was beautiful and purchased straight away. The only problem i had was that I'd seen some other items and had to buy those too. Will deffo be going back!!

Visited the Norwich shop today 13/1/24, just for a look / see. Fell in love with a gorgeous mint green handbag. Assistant was an absolute hoot, made buying this glorious item an event in it's own right. I am a new woman thanks to them and this, the most beautiful handbag of handbags. My credit card cried a little, but sacrifices were needed today. Thank you most awesome person of sales
We bought a dress from the store the other day and the staff what was in the store was so lovely, that's why it makes me sad I need to put a one-star review as the dress had a broken zipper which we discover after coming home. So that's why we broth it today 21/11/20022 around 4 pm for an exchange but the lady in the shop wasn't welcoming at all. She made us feel like it was our fault, even saying that she is going to bin the dress now absolutely shocking behaviour. We've got the dress exchanged in the end. We always loved the shop as it's lovely and the staff was always so nice to us, but I don't think so I'll be ever coming back. Maybe the owner should think about refreshing the staff.

Stumbled across this shop after a disappointing day trying to find a dress for a friends wedding.... I was blown away! Every dress I tried on was a perfect fit! The service was outstanding, I shall definitely be back!

Lady B Loves is my favourite shop in the city! They have the most beautiful selection of retro/vintage clothes and accessories, I don't think I have ever left without purchasing something. The lovely ladies who work there are fantastic, they offer the best advice and are so friendly! It will be the first place I go once the shops are open again, though the customer service is great online, there is no comparison to the warm and welcoming atmosphere going in-store provides! Five stars doesn't do this place justice, I couldn't recommend them enough!
