I contacted this business in Upper Beeding on a Sunday when my washing machine stopped working mid cycle and I was unable to open the door to remove the washing. It turned out i was outside of the area covered, but a very lovely man spent considerable time on the phone talking me through various ways to try to open the door, it took a while but it eventually opened. I am very grateful to him and his patience, it is unfortunate that they do not cover call outs to the Chichester area,but I highly recommend them to anyone in their area
Life savers! Helped out massively with a broken down, full of water washing machine that no other company contacted would take. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
6 months ago my washing machine failed to spin and they fixed it up in a hour good as new. Still going strong. Recently I thought it was broken again and they were here within the hour to point out that it was in fact working fine and I had misunderstood a safety mechanism that actually protects the machine. I'm so glad I called them first rather then a box store as I'd be out many hundreds for a new machine instead of exactly £0 as I am today! No repair was done, no charge or call out fee!
