   I was on holiday in the area, and decided to have a look inside this shop.They sell some very good quality mens clothing. I ended up spending over £500. However, what this shop lacks is staff who care about their customers and are knowledgeable about the items they sell. Clearly that's not the case in this shop. I wish I had spent my money in another mens outfitters, where I would have had a.better experience, and felt a valued customer.

   I purchased a pair of Jana Winter ankle boots from this store on the 11th October 24. I was really pleased with them at first very comfortable : however ; please take note : These Boots are not water proof and in my opinion are not suitable to wear as Winter Boots as such: my feet get soaking wet if it rains . They should only be wore in fine weather so take another pair out with you if you think it's going to rain . I tried to return the boots to the shop informing them that they leaked water to be informed that they weren't indeed waterproof . Customer experience when I tried to ask for a refund was very poor in my opinion and when i subsequently said i would post a review about the boots: needless to say I was refused a refund; I certainly won't be returning .

   A rare find, a high quality clothes shop in a market town. My wife and I found multiple items we were interested in. The clothes are well presented in a bright airy store. The staff were both knowledgeable and helpful to us both. Without being intrusive. We will be back as we no longer need to travel to Norwich for clothing.

   Popped in for a brief visit, turned into a long one! Owner was warm, chatty, hilariously funny and honest telling me about his life and his hopes for the future. I was visiting from Europe so I was really grateful for his honesty allowing me to be totally at ease in his shop. Thank you and hopefully see you again soon!

   Great clothing and shoes, great prices and really great service. I've been been buying from here for a long time now and have always been really impressed, not just with the standard of the clothing (they stock top brands like Barbour, Gant, Loke..to name a few) but the service is second to none. Add to that that they often have items on sale, I rarely shop anywhere else. .

   Excellent customer service over Lockdown period. Thank you for delivering all our Christmas gifts so promptly. Great local clothing shop, plenty designer womenswear now in too. Good not to have to travel to Norwich!

   My wife had little success lately with clothes purchases. Visited 15-9-18 and purchased a selection of nice clothes. Family run business, Staff helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Bonus I got a few shirts.
