We had the most lovely experience at Exquisite boutique shopping for my daughters prom dress. Maggie was so welcoming & helpful & helped make the whole experience stress free. I have got no words, such a amazing place. Bent over backwards to help us, we rang at 3.30pm after being recommended by Dreams Bridal for a evening dress. Explained our situation and that we was going past on way home. Was told it is usually appointment only, however to pop in on our way home and have a look and they would fit us in between appointments.........AMAZING, HELPFUL, WELCOMING, SUPPORTIVE......the list goes on. Invited to look through the dresses, pull out any we like. Daughter looked but just didnt know where to start what to pick....... Maggie came over and we explained we didnt have a clue........ the Amazing Maggie stepped in pulling out many colours and styles. After trying on around 12 dresses each one different from the last we wittled it down to two and my daughter said YES to he dress. I cannot express just how much i appreciate the time and compassion spent. To see my unconfident daughter beam in her dress was amazing. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Cant reconmend enough
Maggie was extremely helpful when I needed to find a last minute dress for a formal night on a cruise. She booked me in for an evening appointment and was very friendly and professional when helping me try on various dresses. I'm pleased to say I found the perfect dress. Thank you Maggie!
I just want to say such a massive thank you to this absolutely amazing women. I rushed into the store hours before we needed a dress for prom. Having a daughter that "doesn't do dresses and doesn't want sparkles and doesn't want anything pouffe" for her prom. Her whole attitude changed as soon as entering the shop. The wonderfully warm welcome put her at ease straight away and with each dress her confidence grew. The lady helping us was so much fun and knew exactly what would suit her tiny frame resulting in us very quickly finding the perfect dress, and yes it was full and sparkly. We will definitely be back for any future events and be sending all our friends your way. Many thanks for all of your help and making her feel amazing.
My daughter went to another Prom dress shop this morning and was miserable as sin!! I’m not even joking when I say, it’s like she was a completely different person going into this shop. A very warm welcome and the loveliest of ladies; who totally understood exactly what my daughter wanted, and what suited her figure best.
