    I recently ordered a Pork Pad Thai from UniThai Oriental Market in Hove, and it did not disappoint! The portion was generous, with plenty of tender pork, perfectly cooked rice noodles, and a great balance of sweet, tangy, and umami flavors. The fresh lime, crunchy peanuts, and bean sprouts added the perfect finishing touch. It wasn’t greasy, and the flavors tasted authentic—just like something you’d get from a proper Thai street food stall. UniThai isn’t just a place for great takeaway—it’s a hidden gem.     Some of the best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand! The pork broth/soup is insane (see photo), so flavoursome, tons of noodles, spice, meat, deep, rich broth and you get absolutely tons!! For about £7. Super charming too, hidden away at the back of a Thai/Chinese mini supermarket.
