This place has sunk to new lows , , I witnessed a man being ignored by a staff member , while he knocked on the window , he was there 10 minutes , the old lady was rude and unfriendly to him , I then asked her for an item from the shop , she refused point blank , saying she wasn’t allowed to , she took joy from this , I pointed out Google says it’s open 24 hours , she walked away , just a horrible place with horrible staff , the management must be terrible.
