Be careful when shopping on holiday. I bought a pair of Heavenly Feet sandals from here on the 7th of June. They are splitting and the shop says bring them back to the shop next time you’re in Porthcawl with receipt and they will have a look at them. I am disappointed with Both the product and the store . Be warned ,once they have your money ,not interested .
Excellent service by the lady serving my mother who sat outside to be fitted as she could not access the steps. My mother was delighted with her new sandals and the service was second to none. Thank you very much you made her day.
Upsetting visit , was told by the ? Manager that the boots I wanted in the colour I wanted did not exist, and if they did ( which they do ) then they must be not very nice otherwise she would have stocked them !!!!! Left feeling that she did not want to serve me , shame as we always try to support small businesses . Maybe take some lessons in customer service from the staff in Pavers McAurthur Glen a big thank you to them , lots of money spent !! Also thanks to Next for next day delivery on the Heavenly Feet boots I wanted . Will not be returning .

Just bought a beautiful pair of navy ankle boots. The lady who served me was fabulous - had a wonderful sense of humour. I really went in for a pair of flat brown ones but came away with something much nicer after sending her back and fore the stockroom several times. Nothing too much trouble. Superb service and so much choice of beautiful boots.
Lovely summer window ,encouraged me to buy a pair of Fit Flops.Very helpful staff ,ordered a second pair and they arranged delivery. Nothing too much trouble . Will be calling again very soon .Great to receive such personal service in Porthcawl .
Poorly priced items in the window, was going to buy a pair of shoes only to be told that the price adjacent to the shoes was for a bag behind the shoes and the actual cost was nearly double. When we decided not to buy and mentioned that the price tag was poorly placed the "manageress" seemed to be laughing and mocking us as we left the shop. We have made many purchases from this shop, no more unless they get their pricing clear and change their attitude to customer care
