A Tasca is truly the best Portuguese restaurant in the region. The dishes are delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owner is incredibly lovely and friendly. The lady who served us was also fantastic very kind, and knowledgeable. We had an amazing night out with family and friends, and I will definitely be going back to enjoy more of the great food and excellent service. Highly recommended!
Me and Lei had a lovely meal here tonight. A very lovely, warm and friendly atmosphere. We both had the calamari for starters and for main I had the Bitoque with Pork and Lei had it with the beef ( Bitoque is a traditional Portuguese dish, which consists of a lean fried or grilled steak or pork, that is usually accompanied by fries, rice, various salads and topped with an egg. ), then for desert Lei had a cookies and cream cake. We will definitely be going again.

A true hidden gem offering authentic cuisine with friendly service. The food is very tasty with a highlight being the chouriço and morcela starter. Absolutely delicious.
Fantastic little gem. Great food and a varied menu to cater for all tastes. My tip.. Try the pork based meat dish for two. It's awesome. The service is always very good. Just the right balance of friendly professionalism. I love A Tasca and will continue to visit.
