I’ve been dealing with this company, provided by my product insurance and they have been amazing. The staff are exceptional and will go out of their way to help you, even if it means a Christmas Eve call to fix an oven. I can’t recommend enough, they have been wonderful in making sure my cooker has been fixed and tracking parts for me. Thank you so much to all your staff and yes, I cooked my Christmas dinner.
Excellent service very reasonable price, which was quoted before seeing the item. Installed gas cooker into kitchen unit. Which wasn't purchased from them, replaced all new gas pipes behind and new adaptor to back of cooker due to new gas regulations, took old cooker away at no extra cost, will highly recommend them and will use them again. (Don't need to purchased items from them will install all gas and electrical equipments.)
The handle on my hotpoint washing machine broke on Tuesday went to direct supplies on Wednesday and they were up doing the repair Thursday afternoon and no problems. The technician text to say he was on the way. Dean introduced himself and Dean and his mate fixed the handle no problem or mess. Great job not expensive and would 100% recommend this company. And also a shootout for the lady on the phone that made the job happen quicker than we were expecting.

I tried two self-employed gas registered people and never turned up, thank you for the chat about the problem of my cooker and the text message you are on the way.
