   I’m overjoyed with my new kitchen. I chose Kitchens by Emma Reed because my requirements were met with an innovative design by Emma and the quality overall was impressive. The space has been transformed from one that was dark and impractical to a bright, airy and welcoming room with all the practical features I need. I keep going to look at it and have enjoyed being in my kitchen, something that’s not happened for a long time. Emma was able to recommend other businesses to manage all the services required to complete the work which proved excellent. The whole experience was made simple and enjoyable thanks to Emma and her family and I would thoroughly recommend the company.

   I cannot praise Emma, Lewis and Robert enough. What a perfect company to deal with from start to finish and of course after sale service. I am so glad Emma stopped us in the way out of her showroom, we were leaving as we thought it would be too expensive for us, however her and Lewis came out to measure up the following day. The price quoted beat all the big boys and our kitchen is just what we wanted ( with Emma’s recommendations). We recommend ‘Kitchens by Emma Reed ‘ to everyone who admires ours. The quality is far superior to the other companies we visited and the personal service received is much appreciated. Please give this local company a go, you will not be disappointed ☺️

   We were recommended Kitchens By Emma Reed by our builder as a high standard, and great quality kitchen designer and provider. The support we received from first entering the showroom, through changing design requirements, to the delivery of furniture was outstanding. It is a personal service from a local small family business. They provided onsite and telephone support during all aspects of the delivery and fitment. They really understood our requirements and provided excellent advice and guidance. So pleased that we were provided the details of this local family business. They designed the units for our kitchen, utility room, under stairs storage, and our fitted bedroom. Their designs made excellent use of the space and absolutely met the storage requirements we had. The after care support is superb. Contact this team if you have a storage and design requirement for any room.

   We first visited Emma’s showroom at the beginning of 2022 with various ideas of what we wanted for our new kitchen but it took Emma’s expertise and huge amount of patience to help perfect our ideas and provide suggestions to design our dream kitchen. The planning included a home visit with the fitter and as we were renovating the whole of our downstairs the scheduling was arranged to coincide with new flooring etc. Emma kept us up to date with progress and delivery dates and Andy the fitter did a stellar job with the installation. Any minor issues that arose with parts or appliances were swiftly resolved and the whole process was completed to a high standard. The completed kitchen goes far beyond our expectations and every day we stop to admire how much of an impact its made to our house. We can recommend Emma and her team without hesitation and thank her for all the hard work that went in to completing our amazing kitchen.

   We had wardrobes fitted in 2020 and loved them so much we had them fitted in a second bedroom recently. Emma is very professional but so easy to deal with and was very responsive to any queries we had. There was an issue with one of the panels on the second set and I also decided to add more shelves post fit, Emma arranged replacement and delivery swiftly. I can't recommend Emma and the team enough, from the selection to the fitting it was a seamless process. I'm now trying to persuade my husband to have a navy kitchen from Emma!
