   Unable to speak to a sales assistant when I rang the store Robot asked for an order number I dont have as I haven't ordered anything as yet Just ended the call query not resolved Wasted nearly 15 minutes for nothing

   Tried taking a game back I bought they refused even though there's a 30 day money back guarantee. Can't even make a complaint. I ll never use them again.

   Shocking customer service. From Karen. Told me to contact the manufacturer after 3 days from purchase. Also extremely rude and unprofessional. All the other staff are fantastic. I would suggest that Karen learns the company policy and respects customer's.

   Well what can I say got 2 tablets in May with 2 new cases been up there and not in stopped doing theme went today and the woman that seen me was so rude and said she can't do anything. Called argos to get told thay can't do anything as it was in store sale so I have to go back and speak to them so if you can get something for free don't believe them as thay will not have it . If I none this I would have picked a different tablets so I would not go here

   Did not take old microwave, this is not good. Argos get tour act together and take old electrical and for free.

   Collected an order no problems received message telling me it was ready for collection.pity you can't add nectar points at the till .they say link them online.have tried a few times without success.need more staff at busier times

   Refused refund from Xmas presents that were incorrectly described and wrong size for kids. Reason being that the item had its stickers applied and had been tried. Items were returned immaculately with all parts and de-assembled. Always been loyal to argos to help them against the giants like amazon but to be honest amazon with the customer focus would of refuned this....from now on I know not to buy from argos

   1 star for the customer service, polite and professional. -4 stars for the bullsh*t policy that won't allow you to return opened items. How are you supposed to know an electronic device works without opening it and turning it on? Also I wasn't made aware of the policy until I tried to return it the day after I bought it. Even though I made sure they stipulated the rules for returning items before I purchased it. Poor effort all round. Unfortunately Argos has now lost another customer for life.
