   Left me in the lurch. Booked coolant online, went to get it at 17.10 and they were all locked up. They're meant to be open until 17.30 on Thursday. If they've only got one staff member and they happen to have an emergency, at least leave a note in the window. Thanks, I really needed that coolant today.

   Absolutely useless had a faulty injector from them took it back brought a new one and wouldn’t refund the difference on the first faulty one keeps fobbing off with different excuses every time I call up would not recommend at all !!!!!!

   Good convenient car parts shop but a good tip don't just walk in and ask for a part because you will get charged quite a bit more! Instead go online and order click and collect you will find out by doing this you will save £££££s! Bit disappointed they do this and don't offer you the same price direct in store. I made that mistake returned rear brake pads for a full refund then said I had a click and collect order (exactly same pads handed back to me) and got them £10 cheaper!
