   I recently ordered a transmission oil pressure sensor from Sussex Autos for my Suzuki S-Cross (Order #2096). Although the part was correct, I realised I couldn't install it due to access issues on my end. The returns process was handled professionally and without fuss. Kate in particular was excellent, prompt replies, clear instructions, and they even waived the handling fee, which I really appreciated. The return was straightforward, and I felt well looked after throughout. It’s rare to find customer service this responsive and fair, especially in the automotive parts world.
