Great service and help at TLC i rang them close to closing time last week, i had loads of advice on what i needed and the order was ready when they opened the next day. Cant fault it.
I bought a ventilator from TLC. Great price and quick delivery. About a year and a half later the ventilator started acting up inside it's warranty period. I thought it would be a pain to go through the returns process as I live in Northern Ireland but I needed it sorted so contacted TLC. I was able to purchase a new one and then return the faulty item afterwards and get a full refund. All done via email links which was so straight forward. I received the new item within 2 days of ordering, sent the faulty item back via free DPD home pick up and received my refund notification 2 days later. I was delighted with the service and the helpful staff I dealt with via email. It's the easiest/quickest returns system I've seen. Great peace of mind for future purchases and hopefully for others thinking of purchasing for the first time. Top service.
