Couldn't be happier! Purchased a Toro GP Can from MPW a few months back, and it's completely transformed my bike. The build quality, fit and finish, sound, and price are unbeatable. They've got an excellent range of products and top-tier customer service. This is now my first pick for anything bike related. Huge thank you to Bayley and the whole team!

These are one of the most helpful guys for motorcycle parts I've found. Their customer service is first class. I bought a gel battery from them and it must have been one in thousand that was faulty. I explained the situation to Bayley, and monitored the battery for seepage over a few days. There was no quibble. He was totally understanding and replaced it immediately. I highly recommend them. Their prices are top notch as well. Thanks Bayley and the team. Julie

As a Formula Student team, we rely on high-quality components and reliable partners – and Motorcycle Parts Warehouse delivered on both fronts. They supplied us with radiators for our 2025 race car, and the service from start to finish was faultless. Great and fast communication, fast delivery, and parts that met our performance requirements perfectly. It’s clear they understand motorsport-level demands. We’re proud to be working with a company that supports grassroots engineering and student racing. Highly recommended to anyone in the motorsport or motorcycle community! – Kingston Racing Team

Ordered a new battery for my bike. Was given the option of DPD Pickup so looked at each location near me. However, each location I tried said it couldn't be selected possibly because the item was too big/heavy. So, as I had no other choice I had to select and pay £10 for home delivery. Waited in for my parcel, happened to check my emails and found it had been sent to a pickup location. So, I paid an extra £10 for a service that wasn't given. The address they sent the parcel to was the pick-up location. I have never set up DPD pick-up locations before and wasn't allowed to for this order. Clear bait and switch on delivery; I wish I had print screened the delivery page, but all I could take a copy of was the order confirmation which does not state anything about delivery. Contacted the company who tried to give me excuses like I selected pick-up, despite me sending them a screenshot from their own website displaying that I couldn't select the pick-up point for that battery on their website. they then tried saying it was because I'd used that pick-up point before, but the store I had to collect my parcel from has only been open about a year and I have not picked up a parcel from there before. Avoid, unless they are the cheapest INCLUDING delivery and be prepared for them to try this bait and switch on you and be prepared to collect your parcel EVEN if you PAID extra for home delivery.

I ordered a full fairings kit for my yamaha yzf r-125 and I'm really happy with it. Living in Spain I knew delivery would be a pain but the package arrived within a few weeks clearing customs with no problems, fitting was easy once all holes were drilled, (this makes a huge difference) and even the colour was very close to the original, I couldn't fit the front fender as I need rivets for the brake hose brackets but you can hardly tell the difference tbh. I would like to thank the team at motorcycle parts warehouse for a great service and quality product.

I would recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. Although they are well stocked and do get the deliveries out in a fairy decent time some of the time, the parts they send are sub standard. Even after one item arrived faulty and I paid for this to be fitted by a recognised and respected mechanic I had to wait for a second unit was sent, this is also faulty and I had to pay again to have this fitted. I have tried to deal with this on the phone and via email in a polite manner, however I have been lied to and I have been ignored. I was asked some follow up questions via email and replied immediately and heard nothing back. I called and was assured that I would be called back by a manager. Shock horror, no call. Thank you so much for showing your true colours when it comes to your customer service. Poor is an understatement. "…………. Following on from your response, no you did no try to call me, I had to chase YOU for the refund. Your claim of calling me three times is a blatant lie. Your claim to call the mechanic to prove it was fitted correctly and then call me or e mail to discuss compensation for the huge additional costs this has caused, again did not happen. One of two reasons, incompetence or lies. Not to mention the fact that I explained to you my bike broke down due to your sub standard part on the way to a friends funeral, which I then couldn’t attend as I was stood on the side of the road waiting for recovery.
