    We went to various shops seeking a new kitchen A friend had theirs from Magnet and highly recommended them We went into the showroom was greeted by Lee the manager who went above and beyond to help design our kitchen He even came to our house to check measurements etc We ordered the kitchen in January and are absolutely delighted with it Would give Swansea Magnet 10/10 Highly recommend Lee and his team

    Awful service. Avoid avoid avoid! The store manager, Lee, even referred to mental health problems as "the new bad back" and spoke about his team mates in such an unprofessional and inappropriate manner. Months have passed by and STILL have not got a functioning kitchen. Lee has lied multiple times throughout this process and we even have ring doorbell footage of him talking negatively about his staff members instead of holding HIMSELF accountable for the mistakes he made.

    Avoid Magnet – the worst customer experience we’ve ever had. I would give zero stars if I could. We purchased a full kitchen from Magnet (Swansea branch), including their own installation service. This should have been stress-free. Instead, it’s been an ongoing nightmare of delays, broken promises, poor workmanship, and appalling customer service. The Problems: β€’ Units fitted incorrectly and needing to be taken down and refitted. β€’ Extractor incorrectly specified, refunded only after their error. β€’ Multiple missed or delayed appointments, including waiting in all morning with no fitter or communication. β€’ Property left messy every day by the original fitter. β€’ Branch Manager swore in our home, blamed the fitter (appointed by Magnet!), made inappropriate comments (including β€œstress is the new bad back” about his staff), and took no responsibility. His appearance and demeanour were unprofessional and gave us even less confidence in the branch. β€’ Constant poor communication – we were told in writing the fitter was booked for a certain date, later denied by Magnet as if it was our misunderstanding. After months of this, Magnet’s idea of compensation was just 10% of installation costs (Β£449.68) as a β€œgoodwill gesture” – despite works still being incomplete, the complete failure to deliver the service promised, and the significant disruption to our lives. We’ve raised this with the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman and will be pursuing a Section 75 claim. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity – do not buy a kitchen from Magnet. They fail to take responsibility for their own appointed fitters, hide behind policies, and treat customers with contempt once they’ve taken payment.

    Was told there is no 0% finance available unless you spend over Β£20,000. Unfortunately their showroom was horrendous, dark and very limited in displays. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Sigma 3 was a lot better but wren was the winner. All 3 are in a very close proximity I'm surprised they are still in business when the competition has considerably higher standards.

    From start to finish an absolutely great service. We had been looking at a sigma kitchen and decided to speak to these guys before proceeding. So glad we did. We have had almost exactly the same kitchen, if not a little better and all at exceptional value for money. The kitchen has been in 6 months now. Martin provided us with a great service from start to finish. Nothing was too much and he offered sound advice on when and where to compromise on design for functionality and vice versa. Glad to say thattthat changes suggested worked perfectly and the kitchen is so easy to work in. Really really pleased with the end result. Thank you all.

    Terrible service. Ordered my kitchen January still not complete. They say they will phone you and they don't. Quick to take money. Previous manager called me Babe. Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs please. x

    Given a 4 because myself and my mum had to wait an hour for an advisor. We were treated to a coffee and water while we waited. Customer service was fantastic and professionally designed. Mum was able to see exactly what her new kitchen would look like. Wonderful but don't take the kids.
